My name is Alex Wells, i am a website developer currently working at Simpsons Creative a creative agency based in Bishops Stortford Hertfordshire. I enjoy creating dynamic and attractive websites that are built using modern web standards, I specialise in website development using HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL I also have a passion for building websites using the open source content management system WordPress.
I started work as a website developer at Simpsons Creative in September 2010 after graduating with a 2:1 in Computer Science from Anglia Ruskin University based in Cambridge, during my studies i covered several areas of computer science from object oriented programming to database design and implementation.
I have a passion for learning and enjoy keeping up to date with modern trends in the website development field and putting my skills to use building websites, developing web apps and creating wordpress plugins.
